Refund & Cancellation Policy

Follo Waitlist Deposit

Follo's pre-launch waitlist requires a one-time refundable deposit of Rs 101. This is NOT a purchase or subscription. It is a deposit to confirm genuine user interest and secure your early access spot upon launch.

Automatic Refund Guarantee

If Follo does not launch by 31 March 2027 (end of Q1 2027), you will automatically receive a full refund of Rs 101 to your original payment method.

Launch Scenarios

Scenario 1: Follo Launches Before 31 March 2027

Your Rs 101 deposit will be credited toward your first month of platform access or converted to platform credits
No additional charge will apply for this amount
You will have full access to the Follo platform as promised

Scenario 2: Follo Does Not Launch by 31 March 2027

You will receive a full refund of Rs 101 automatically
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the deposit
Refunds will be initiated by Follo without requiring a manual request from you
Processing typically takes 5-7 business days after the refund is initiated

No Hidden Charges or Subscriptions

The Rs 101 deposit is the only charge at the pre-launch stage. Follo does not charge subscriptions, recurring payments, or additional fees during the waitlist phase. There are no hidden costs.

Cancellation Before Launch

If you wish to cancel your waitlist spot and request a refund before the launch or before 31 March 2027, you may contact us at megha@joinfollo.app with "WAITLIST REFUND" in the subject line. We will process refunds upon cancellation request at any time.

Communication About Launch Status

Follo will notify all waitlist members via email regarding:

Platform launch date (if launching before 31 March 2027)
Launch delay announcements (if any)
Refund eligibility and processing details (if not launching by the deadline)

All notifications will be sent at least 30 days before the 31 March 2027 refund deadline to allow adequate time for action.
