By accessing or using Follo (the "Platform"), joining our waitlist, or submitting any application or payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
These terms apply to all users, including fans, creators, stars, and any other persons who interact with the Platform in any capacity.
Follo is a digital entertainment marketplace that connects fans directly with their favourite celebrities and creators (referred to as "Stars"). The Platform facilitates personalized creator interactions including direct messaging, personalised video requests, creator-led challenges, paid interactions, and exclusive fan experiences.
Follo is currently in a pre-launch phase. Users joining the waitlist pay a one-time refundable deposit of Rs 101 to secure early access upon launch. There are no subscriptions, recurring payments, or physical goods involved.
By joining the Follo waitlist, you pay a one-time refundable deposit of Rs 101. This deposit confirms you are a genuine user and secures your spot on the early access waitlist. There are no subscriptions or recurring payments at this pre-launch stage.
Refund Guarantee: If Follo does not launch by 31 March 2027 (end of Q1 2027), your full deposit of Rs 101 will be refunded to your original payment method without questions asked.

This commitment is binding and supersedes any general refund limitations that may appear elsewhere in these terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using Follo, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a creator or public figure, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Follo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are found to contain false information.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
All transactions on the Platform are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Stars retain 80% of revenue generated through the Platform. Follo retains a platform fee on all transactions. Prices for individual interactions are set by Stars and displayed clearly before purchase.
All payments are final unless otherwise stated in these terms or required by applicable law. The waitlist refund commitment in Section 3 applies notwithstanding this clause.
Stars and creators retain ownership of all content they upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant Follo a limited, non-exclusive licence to display that content to authorised users on the Platform. You may not distribute or reproduce content received through the Platform outside of your personal use.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Follo does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
